Check with us first about availability on your big day, then fill out the below details to make your booking. We’ll get right back to you with a final quote and details on how to pay your deposit.

Terms and Conditions

The Client agrees to pay a booking deposit of €400 to Lawlor Video Memories, to secure their services for the date of their wedding. The remaining fee is due on or before the wedding day. Payment can be in the form of: Cheque, Draft (Made payable to Jim Lawlor), Electronic Transfer, and Cash.

Schedule Changes and/or Cancellation

The Client must inform The Videographer of any changes to information given on the booking form, by email to [email protected]. To avoid any confusion, this information will not be accepted over the phone. In the event of cancellation by The Client the booking fee will be as compensation against loss.

Force Majeure

In the unlikely event of malfunction of videographer equipment a full refund of the fee paid will be made. Under any and all circumstances, the total liability is limited to the refund of monies PAID ONLY to the Videographer (Lawlor Video Memories). Lawlor Video Memories will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond the Videographers control, including power failure, inclement weather, interference by third parties etc.

Access, Equipment & Lighting At Venue Etc

It is the sole responsibility of The Client to secure appropriate permissions and access from the relevant authorities at all venues for the Videographer to set-up equipment and record. We at Lawlor Video Memories accept no responsibility if a third party curtails us from recording satisfactorily. Lawlor Video Memories shall not be held responsible for circumstances dictated by the venue which adversely affect the quality of your DVD/Video including low lighting or
poor quality PA system at the venue etc.


Copies of any part of the wedding DVD/Video may only be made by The Videographer (Lawlor Video Memories). The final edited DVD/Video may only be used by The Client in their home environment for general viewing purposes by the client or their family. Any further distribution (including internet use) is strictly prohibited unless written and signed permission is granted by the Videographer (Lawlor Video Memories) in advance. Lawlor Video Memories reserves the right to use the footage for promotional, commercial purposes and retain the copyright of the footage at all times. Clients assume all liability for any form of copyright infringement including the use of photographs, logos, branding and/or music. The due execution of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by the Videographer at any time.


Delivery of the final DVD usually takes 6-8 weeks after the Wedding has taken place. Editing will be solely at the discretion of Lawlor Video Memories.


Before the booking fee is paid, all clients have the opportunity to read and consider these terms of contract. Payment of the Booking Fee is express acceptance by The Client of all the terms and conditions expressed herein.
